What will the private Space invitation experience look like?
When you invite someone to a private Space in Marlee—like a candidate or assessment Space—you’re still inviting them to share their motivations with you. But unlike regular team Spaces, members in a private Space won’t be able to see each other’s profiles or results.
You can turn this privacy setting on anytime in your Space Settings.

What they’ll see
When the setting “All members can see each other” is turned off, the invitation experience is slightly different, so it’s always clear who has visibility over shared motivation data.
Once you send the invite, they’ll receive both an in-app notification and an email explaining they’ve been invited to join your private Space.

Clicking the link will take them to this welcome screen in Marlee:

Once they accept the invitation, they’ll officially join your Space. 🎉 If they haven’t completed their Marlee Motivational Analysis yet, they’ll be prompted to do so when they log in.
A quick note about sharing your data in Marlee
We take privacy seriously. Throughout the invitation process, both you and your invitees will see clear reminders whenever motivation data is being shared within the Space.
