Creating a Soft Skills Board
To create a Soft Skills board in Marlee, follow the steps below:
- On your left-hand panel, go to Boards.
- You should be able to find all the templates readily available for you to create.
- Click on the Create Board button and a pop-up should appear with all the board templates you can choose from.
- Select Soft Skills from the board templates to create your board.
- To finalize your board, you can edit and personalize your board name and description any way you like.
- Then, click on the Create Board button to understand your strengths in areas like startup decision-making, emotional intelligence, and delegation based on your motivational analysis results.
